Sheet Plate System: Our 5280 in-line sheet systems let us develop large plates with superior efficiency. the flexibility of very large in-line plates allows us to manufacture plates that would previously have had to be stripped together or hand engraved. For large displays we have found this system to be an excellent solution in saving times and quality assurance (caliper range from .067 - .250). Liquid Plate System: Utilizing liquid photopolymer systems with dual manifold, General Graphics is capable of manufacturing customized plates at sizes up to 30" x 48". With this system we can accommodate all of our customer's needs (caliper range from .155 - .250). Rubber Plate System: General Graphics operates six molding presses. Two presses are set up for .250 deep relief corrugated rubber plates. The remaining four presses are for specialty applications with plate gauges ranging from .107 to .125, holding to a tolerence of ±.001. Pre-mount: From large one piece premounted printing plates to multi-color "high-end" graphic plates, we staffed and equipped our premount department to fulfill your needs, supporting all circumferences from 35" to 66".
