Sample Design (CAD): Integrated and networked with our Art Department is our Computerized Design Center. Utilizing one of the industries' most sophisticated CAD systems and sample cutting tables, makes generation prototype samples and drawings accurate and easy. Single piece samples up to 66" x 120" can be accommodated. Flat/Laser Cutting Dies: All of our flat dies are lasered on the 60" x 90" high speed table. Dimensional accuracy or ±0.002" on the system allows us to laser cut and produce dies for the folding carton, corrugated, gasket, foam, and label industries well within industry tolerances. Rotary/Laser Cutting Dies: Our 2.5KW, 120" long rotary laser cutting system allows us to cut rotary wood dies fast and accurate. Cylinder sizes ranging form 37 1/2" up to 88" with wood thickness of 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" are lasered. A full range of CAD programming software and equipment allows us to use the same files thru multiple stages of the manufacturing process. Including: Art Die Line, Sample Cutting, Laser Cutting, and our Rule Processor which increases the quality and accuracy of our product every step of the way. Quality is the key. Placing ejection rubber and finishing the die is the final stage. All dies require blanks off the finished die and a final QC check is done prior to delivery and shipping. Steel Rule: Our Knifing department is equipped with the industries most state of the art rule processor. It can cut, miter, notch, and mark bends of both flat and rotary steel rule. This allows us to provide you the highest quality and fastest turn around time in: multi out and backup dies, as well as repair and revision of existing steel rule cutting dies.
