They pride themselves on maintaining a good relationship with all the customers they deal with. When you call General Graphics you will always speak with a live person- not a recording. Service and quality are the keys to their success.

Quality Control:
Our dedication and "hands-on" approach to quality control are what sets General Graphics apart form the competition. Starting from the order being processed to the double check of the premount and print cards, General Graphics takes pride in our team effort of quality and service.

We did not stop with new equipment and production facilities! General Graphics realizes that people make the difference in business. We exemplify this every day with our sales and customer service staff.


Training Program:
General Graphics is proud of its strong relationships with our customers. Part of this is due to the fact that we maintain an ongoing training and support program. We offer on-sight training for our customers at their plants, incorporated in with press finger printing, plant reviews for plate cleaning and storage, die cutting and printing options.
In addition, vendor presentations, classroom training programs and other educational forums are made available. This, we believe, confirms our commitment to a strong, ongoing, partnered relationship.
